Visualizing your design is very important. We provide detailed 2D CAD drawings, we also produce 3D designs and 3D walkthroughs. Our 3D services enable our clients to preview the proportions and materials of the end product even before project start.

When client agree on the layout, we transform layout into 3D. This is an important stage as it enables you to see the design prior to construction and give the opportunity to do any changed before building.

4. Bill of Quantities
The last stage before construction would be preparing a BOQ. Our team will be working to create a realistic budget. Our BOQ is more transparent where there is no hidden cost involve. When the BOQ is agreed by the client we confirm the material and produce detail drawing for manufacturing.
